Nucleus is an internal workspace operated by The/Nudge for its staff and the staff of the^delta and the*spark. It is not a consumer product and is available only to people with an organisational email address.
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, organisational email address and profile picture. Inside the workspace we store the work data you create or that your organisation maintains about you — for example leave requests, attendance, tasks, notes, goals and documents you upload.
Data is used only to operate the workspace: authenticating you, showing you the right information, routing approvals and producing internal reports. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
We request only the basic profile and email scopes needed to identify you, plus any calendar access you explicitly approve for calendar features. Google user data is used solely to provide these in-app features, is never transferred to third parties except as required to run the service, and is never used for advertising.
Data is stored with our hosting and database providers under access controls that limit visibility to the people who need it. We retain workspace data for as long as your organisation requires it, and delete it on request where we are not required to keep it.
